La estructura del poder y las posiciones sociales dominantes : la ejecución del acto perverso.

Abstract

The concepts of power, the perverse act and pedophilia were the variables that inspired the construction of this research. Whose initial objective was to identify the function of the first term as an enhancer to commit the act of pedophilia, considering the position of the subject in various social stratifications. The approach that was decided to use was the qualitative one, whose data collection is based on the review of documents in the philosophical, psychological, and psychoanalytic approaches; obtaining an enrichment with respect to the structure of power under the intrinsic and contextual of the subject, as well as the description of the perverse act which was linked to the aforementioned position. On the other hand, the selected sample was non-probabilistic, where experts belonging to the field of clinical psychology were included, as well as a legal perspective from the discourse of a criminal lawyer, thus giving a total of four interventions. The technique used to carry out the analysis of this work was the execution of semi-structured interviews that allowed obtaining a fixed frame about the hypotheses raised in the investigation and delimited a much more fruitful and structured position for the analysis of results.
