Abstract

We are currently going through an era called digital, which has forced human beings to adapt to new realities, with the creation of digital tools that aim to simplify everyday human activities, new scenarios appeared in which the owners or creators of these tools that are presented as companies, have needed the service and talent of independent individuals as operators of these, This is how this reality is configured, of people performing a work for the benefit of a third party without being recognized as workers by law, for this reason this research work aims to prove the existence of the link involving both parties defined as labor relationship, in order to stop and prevent violations of rights or abuses by huge economic agents.
