Abstract

The present investigation Its objective is to analyze and evaluate accessibility for people with reduced capacity at the Hotel del Parque and propose an improvement plan for the segment old people, through theoretical and reference foundation that allows identifying the appropriate measurement instrument for the research; as well as being able to diagnose the current state of accessibility. With the proper guidance of the Ministry of Tourism, Conadis, World Health Organization, that allows us to know and understand the dimension of what encompasses disabilities and their needs. Through interviews with the manager of the Hotel del Parque, guests’ disabilities and third age, is may achieve specify the accessibility that owns the hotel. So too, through surveys carried out with 382 people disability and older adults it is possible to know that more than 50% of the guests they are totally satisfied with the quality of service offered by the hotel and its staff
