Abstract

Ecuadorian football has been involved in several cases of age adulteration in professional players, this situation has marked a major concern at the sporting and legislative level. Because this act is not only a sports offense if it is not also a crime contemplated and sanctioned by the Integral Criminal Organic Code. For this reason, an extensive analysis is carried out on the subject, starting from the conceptualization of identity, age and adulteration of documents with the aim of determining the variants to be studied. With the bases obtained, the legal framework is developed in which the regulations to which Ecuadorian football is governed are identified, from the Ecuadorian Football Federation to FIFA which is the regulatory body at world level. In addition, the COIP is analyzed to establish the articles that have been omitted in these cases. Having in such a way an approach of antinomy between the Ecuadorian soccer regulations and the Ecuadorian legislation, which will help to establish possible solutions of the problem with an agreement of the FEF with the General Directorate of civil registration, identification and identification (DIGERCIC)
