Abstract

This academic summary of research on inequity in the distribution of resources in the application of the regulatory regime of the Amazonian Special Territorial District of Ecuador, is based on the history of the peoples who, thanks to their constant struggles for the vindication of rights to feel relegated, a law is established that grants economic resources for oil, mining and hydroelectric activities, which in practice is not reflected in the sustainable and sustainable development of the region, since said resources do not reach the most vulnerable sectors. vulnerable, with this compilation of needs that have been made to the different government agencies and communities, the non-compliance with the norm by the central government is evident by not transferring to the special account of the Amazon Territorial Circumscription, is reflected in the poor quality of life of its inhabitants, the deterioration of biodiversity and the overexploitation of resources that must be considered intangible for the subsistence of life itself in the region, country and the world, has proposed that this work serve as a source for organizations and the National Assembly pick up the request for a reform to the current regulations of the Technical Secretariat, the poor distribution of the few resources that arrive when establishing a regulation made to measure to prevent them from being used by each and every one of the entities in charge of executing sustainable and sustainable projects and programs, the region is also affected by not having enough qualified technical personnel to carry out the study and feasibility of investment and to realize the aspirations of thousands of Amazonians who hope to develop in better conditions and thus helping to conserve the natural environment.
