Abstract

This research focuses on the current situation emerging from the effects and consequences that A.I. brings to vulnerable groups, in this case children and adolescents, due to the access caused from an early age to content created by A.I., both the emergence and evolution of technology driven by A.I. and A.I., which leads to aspects that must be considered when it comes to children and adolescents in order to safeguard their development and protection, directed to a safe induction to A.I., in a safe way. Therefore, this research will address the concepts that define artificial intelligence, as well as its positive and negative implications that are attributed to the emergence of A.I., policies and guidelines on its use will be analyzed, in order to adapt the regulatory body of this vulnerable group in favor of the rights of development and protection of minors.
