Propuesta para la creación de una cafetería Coworking en la ciudad de Playas.

Abstract

The purpose of this investment project is to determine whether the implementation of a coffee shop with workspaces known as coworking “CRUGA96” in the canton of Playas is viable and profitable. The relevant research has been carried out to determine the feasibility, the technical part where the name of the organization, logo and brand are defined, as well as colors and design. The service flow, business objectives, machinery, the different areas to be presented, which, together with the legal part, where the necessary documents for the development of the business are established, allow it to develop under a legal framework. On the other hand, within the market study, both general and specific aspects that could influence the business were analyzed, likewise, surveys were conducted with 380 people between the ages of 20 and 65 (without excluding those over that age), through the analysis of these it was possible to determine the strategies related to the product, price, place and promotion. In the surveys it was observed that 70% of the sample considers themselves willing to pay for the cafeteria service with coworking spaces. Finally, the financial study was carried out where the investment capital and its respective financing could be determined; the financial statements for the next 5 years were projected. Through the analysis of these factors, it was possible to obtain as a result that the project is viable since the IRR and other indicators demonstrate it in the respective scenarios.
