Abstract

Domestic violence is a problem that involves all members of the family nucleus and all members of the community, so that the new generations can have a different context or family environment. Consequently, this study was born as a response to the increase in this social phenomenon. This is how the applicability of the current regulations on the prevention and eradication of interfamily violence, in the city of Duran will be determined, with the general objective being to analyze the effectiveness of the coverage and response capacity of Justice, through a study of normative and statistical analysis, to prevent and eradicate violence against women and the family nucleus in the Duran canton, therefore, the research is mixed with a descriptive cross-sectional approach, because it is carried out in a certain period, of a descriptive type because the characteristics will be detailed, the surveys will be applied to the inhabitants of the Duran canton which ranges from 315,724 but the sample will be 386 due to the probabilistic sampling in this way subject will be deepened it will to apply another technique such as the interview directed to professionals whose criteria is relevant, the questionnaire will be sent through google forms to facilitate accessibility to the respondents. The analysis of the law will direct to suggest improvements in it with the aim of innovating the precarious situation of those who suffer from this difficulty from which they wish to escape, where decisions are made that achieve family wellbeing.
