| dc.description | El presente trabajo de titulación está relacionado con la propuesta de un estudio de un sistema trifásico para una planta panificadora, por consiguiente, se calculará y se dimensionará un transformador que será el encargado de la distribución total del sistema trifásico de la panificado. Por lo tanto el tipo de investigación utilizado en este proyecto será: bibliográfico porque debemos revisar el manual de la NEC en el capítulo de construcciones – instalaciones eléctricas, también será descriptiva por que se busca especificar algunos criterios de instalaciones eléctricas dadas por el NEC, también se empleará un método analítico ya que debemos determinar los compones y características de operación como la clasificación de conductores y protecciones eléctricas requeridas para este caso. Como resultado se propone un estudio de cargas y diseños para la elaboración del sistema trifásico desde un transformador trifásico el cual será el encargado de alimentar el respectivo proyecto. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | The present degree work is related to the proposal of a study of a three-phase system for a bakery plant, therefore, a transformer that will be in charge of the total distribution of the three-phase system of the bakery is calculated and sized. Therefore, the type of research used in this project will be: bibliographic because we must review the NEC manual in the chapter on constructions - electrical installations, it will also be descriptive because it seeks to specify some criteria for electrical installations given by the NEC, as well An analytical method will be used since we must determine the components and operating characteristics such as the classification of conductors and electrical protections required for this case.
