La tecnología en la gestión de equipos remotos en la Cooperativa Divino Niño.

Abstract

Currently, remote teams have had a considerable impact on various organizations that have chosen to implement technologies to improve the functioning of their businesses, offer their products and services to a broader reach, and achieve greater profits that benefit the company from a systemic perspective. Therefore, the overall objective was to analyze the use of technology on remote teams at the Divino Niño Financial Cooperative, investigating the evolution of digital tools and communication platforms in the areas of collaboration, productivity, and employee well-being to identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency in their management. To conduct the study, an exploratory and descriptive research design was used, as well as a mixed-method (qualitative and quantitative) research approach, utilizing employee survey techniques, interviews with managers, and Human Resources experts. The main findings were that some disadvantages of implementing this work modality include the distraction that arises due to the demands of home work. Among its advantages, it was argued that it allows for a reduction in space.
