Plan de mantenimiento eléctrico predictivo, preventivo y correctivo para el cuarto de transformación de la Facultad de Educación Técnica para el desarrollo de la Universidad Católica de Santiago de Guayaquil.

Abstract

The purpose of this degree work is to develop a preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance plan for the transformation room of the faculty of technical education for the development of the Catholic University of Santiago de Guayaquil. This plan focuses on the analysis of the current state of the transformation room to subsequently develop an electrical maintenance plan that allows to maintain the continuous operation of the electrical system, guarantee the safety of the staff and facilities of the faculty and comply with each of the current technical and safety regulations. This analysis allowed to identify what are the failures and deficiencies within the transformation room and in the elements that compose it such as the transformers and main distribution board, which helped to determine what are the activities that should be carried out in predictive, preventive and corrective maintenance. As a result, an electrical maintenance plan was carried out, where the regularity of activities to be executed is established, with the purpose of reducing failures and risks, prolonging the useful life of the equipment and ensuring compliance with current regulations.
