| dc.description | Este Trabajo de titulación proviene del estudio y análisis en particular del Art. 14 de laLey de Solidaridad Nacional, el mismo que permite el indulto presidencial en el marco del conflicto armado interno con la singularidad del efecto diferido, el que es otorgado por el presidente de la República, a los sujetos involucrados directamente con el conflicto armado que vive nuestro país en los actuales momentos, los que en la práctica serían beneficiarios directamente todo el personal de las fuerzas en orden. Este trabajo, analiza la naturaleza, efectos y alcances dentro del marco legal que regulan el indulto, siendo el objetivo tratar de garantizar y aclarar procedimientos, tratando de mejorar la aplicabilidad para este acto. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | This thesis stems from the study and analysis in particular of Article 14 of the National Solidarity Law, which allows for presidential pardons within the framework of the internal armed conflict with the uniqueness of the deferred effect. These pardons are granted by the President of the Republic to those directly involved in the armed conflict our country is currently experiencing. In practice, all law enforcement personnel would be the direct beneficiaries. This thesis analyzes the nature, effects, and scope of the legal framework regulating pardons. The objective is to guarantee and clarify procedures, while improving their applicability to this act. | en_US |
