Description:	Bayrak Centro de Retiro Recreacional para adultos mayores”, es una empresa que ofrece servicio de hospedaje con las más diversas actividades, con el fin de rehabilitar al huésped para que pueda continuar en óptimo estado, tanto físico como mental en su vida cotidiana. “Bayrak” estará ubicada en el Km 4,5 vía Playas Data. Lotización San Agustín. Mz. B – Solar 7 y con su buena ubicación más el clima harán del centro de retiro recreacional una gran opción para los clientes. Por el momento el mismo no tiene competencia directa, ya que las empresas o instituciones se han enfocado al cuidado y atención a los adultos mayores, pero no a rehabilitarlos para que ellos continúen con su vida cotidiana. “La filosofía de Bayrak” es que una vez que la persona se encuentra descansada, rehabilitada y relajada, es ciertamente capaz de regresar a su familia, a su vida y continuar dando lo mejor de sí mismo. Toda esta filosofía para “Bayrak” está fundamentada en una investigación teórica-conceptual que permitió conocer cómo nacieron este tipo de centros, cual ha sido su fundamentación al abrirlos, trayectoria y servicios brindados, que dieron base para que este proyecto tenga una concepción diferente. Al concluir este proyecto, se demuestra que el “Centro de Retiro” es una excelente inversión, ya que no solo se estaría contribuyendo al crecimiento y desarrollo de la vía Data – Playas, sino que también se está permitiendo que los adultos mayores obtengan un servicio innovador que pueda mejorar su estilo de vida. Por medio del análisis de PORTER, el “Centro de Retiro Bayrak” pudo estudiar detenidamente los posibles competidores, prepararse para las negociaciones con los clientes y la manera de captar la atención de todos ellos y asi determinar los proveedores que lo van a abastecer en las diferentes áreas. “Bayrak Centro de Retiro Recreacional para adultos mayores”, it’s a company that offers different tourist services and activities, with the purpose of healing the residents so they can continue living a healthy life, not only physical but mental too. “Bayrak” address is Km 4.5 on the way to Playas Data. Lotizacion San Agustin. Mz B – Solar 7 and thanks to the location and ideal weather, will make this place a great choice for the tourists. The Centro de Retiro Recreacional para adultos mayores Bayrak, it’s the only one in the market that provides this type of services and don’t have any direct competition, the companies in the area have focus just on the care of elder people but not on healing them, or help them to keep living a healthy life. “Bayrak’s philosophy it’s that once the resident or the elder have rest and heal, they are ready to go back to their families, to their life, and keep sharing the best they can. All these philosophy for Bayrak it’s based on a theoretical-conceptual investigation that allowed us to know how these centers were born, under which concept they opened these, their trajectory and services, and they gave the first steps so these project can have a different conception and ideal. At the end of this project, it demonstrates that the “Centro de Retiro Recreacional para adultos mayores Bayrak” it’s a very good choice to invest, because you will not only be helping with the development and grow of Via Data – Playas, but also helping the Elders have a service that can help them improve their life style and also their health. With the “PORTER ANALYSIS” the “Centro de Retiro Bayrak” was able to analyze very carefully the possible competition in the area, be prepared for the future negotations with the costumers and the way to grab the attention of all of them, determine the needs of the different areas and which providers are going to suppley this needs.
