Implementación de una aplicación web para el seguimiento y control del proceso de titulación de la carrera de Ingeniería en Sistemas Computacionales de la Universidad Católica de Santiago de Guayaquil.

Abstract

The present Practical Case, it is the implementation of a web application for the monitoring and control of the land titling process of the career of Computer Systems Engineering at the Catholic University of Santiago de Guayaquil. The subject was proposed due to the difficulty of monitoring and feedback necessary to ensure that the work of qualificationswill lead to success. As a first step, migrate the information extracted from the SIU to the deployed application, making the data capture to automate the processes of documentation and requirements of each student, thestate of the titling work, their advance, the progress of the work by Teacher Tutor, and others who support the process of decision-making and continuous improvement. For the implementation of this project was used thebibliographic research, includes the technique to collect data such as the interview by communicating to the primary responsibility of the land titling process directly, whose type is the non-structured interviews, involving objectivesembodied throughout the investigation. After the analysis of the project, this project wasimplemented this for use exclusively with the coordinator of the land titling process, coming to the conclusion of feasible way in their interaction with the system, whose processes are automated.
