Abstract

For the development of the present project information was collected through instruments such as surveys, which showed the excessive time taken by the permissions management of both personnel and vehicles, thereby impeding the correct operation. A survey of existing information was carried out, all carried out through manual registers, and through the support of human resources staff a procedure is described that is applied in the present project. The objectives were fulfilled in the same order that they were set out, the structural diagnosis was achieved through the collection of information, consultations and meetings with the hospital staff. The critical processes to be implemented were identified and proceeded with the design and implementation of the solution. The result of the project meets each of the specific objectives, achieving an acceptable culmination of what was proposed. The project makes an important contribution to the Hospital León Becerra, main domain of the development of this work, achieving substantial improvements in the times, as the computer system makes a contribution to the handling of the entrances and exits of people and vehicles against the manual handling previously Of these processes. Consequently the benefit provided to this institution will allow, among others, better control, timely information and better decision-making.
