Elaboración de un instructivo de instalación de un sistema domótico para clientes PYMES.

Abstract

The present work presents a guide or instructor of installation of a home automation system oriented to the SME customers, which will serve as support and assistance in the design, installation, deployment and maintenance of home automation systems through the description of criteria and fundamental considerations. Chapter one gives an introduction to home automation, a tour of the current and historical situation of home automation in our country, as well as the justification and definition of the problem, the timely approach of both general and specific objectives, the hypothesis that defends the present work and the methodology of investigation. In chapter two, concepts of home automation and real estate are described, a historical overview of home automation in the world, also a series of definitions, characteristics of domotic systems, in short all the concepts that help us to understand the functioning of the same, In addition to the entities in charge of the elaboration of standards at national and international level and an analysis of the norms AENOR EA0026: 2006 and UNE-CLC / TR 50491-6-3: 2013 IN that apply to the domotics field. Chapter three develops the proposed instruction through the selection of criteria and fundamental considerations and gives recommendations that will serve as support and guide in the appropriate design for the building to be domotized, analyzing user requirements and infrastructure in general. Finally in chapter 4 the conclusions and recommendations obtained with the development of the present work are given.
