Abstract

The content of this research will show information about the Ecuadorian market of SME companies, which are the most representative in terms of numbers, contributions in the economy, as well as generating internal labor sources. The company that motivates this work is the company "Piladora Inaren s.a", which is located in the group of the already mentioned SMEs, or medium -sized enterprises. Despite being very important, in many cases, these companies do not receive the proper care for their correct operation and services provided. Therefore, it is proposed to identify the main factors that affect Inaren SA, in order to make a diagnosis that serves as an administrative and financial restructuring, resulting in an improvement in its processes, daily act ivities, and fundamentally, in services and products. With this is expected to contribute to make the company more competitive and have more expectations of growth in the future.
