Experiencias de vida en el proceso de reinserción social de jóvenes que han finalizado su rehabilitación en un centro de recuperación privado de la ciudad de Guayaquil.

Abstract

The present research has as central theme "Experiences of life in the process of social reintegration in young people who have completed a process of rehabilitation in a private recovery center of the city of Guayaquil". For which three objectives have been proposed, the first one is to describe the process of reintegration experienced by young people in situations of addiction, the second is to identify the expectations of young people and their families in the face of social reintegration and the resources that count for it, and the third objective is to reveal the experiences that were constructed as discrimination from the feelings and thinking of young people and how they have affected their reintegration process. The work in question is a research of qualitative type and with an exploratory level, it was used as sample of studie s to four young people who have finalized a process of recovery to addictive behaviors in a private recovery center of the city of Guayaquil, the relatives who have accompanied these young people at this stage and the professionals of the center, in which as a technique of information gathering was applied in-depth interview. Of these, the main results obtained in the application of this instrument were that the young people who have completed their rehabilitation, in the stage of social reintegration, are more likely to perform interpersonal relationships with their peer group (rehabilitation partners), feeling in this way more understood by them than by their families. In this way, a perception of self -rejection arises, causing them to self-discriminate and to limit themselves in an effective relationship with other systems.
