Abstract

The practical work is based on linking the Legal Socio-Legal Area to interinstitutional support networks for cases of domestic violence based on a social case that entered the Council of the Judiciary of Pastaza, in which the judge is in charge of To provide integral reparation to the victim, which is permanently maintained with the protection measures granted at the outset. Faced with the skills of the technical teams and the need for comprehensive support for the victim, it is intended to promote a networked social work program, with interinstitutional work, so that the victim receives all the necessary help for this type of cases. By forming a network, it is possible to work together with common goals and objectives and thus avoid that this violent environment continues to affect the development and balance of the family environment. Concluding that networking is an effective method with which to work in this type of cases, but provided that there are inter-institutional agreements established and supported by the administrative authorities of each entity.
