El femicidio en el sistema penal ecuatoriano. ¿Avance del femicidio o expresión del hembrismo?.

Abstract

The present work is focused on the illicit Femicide, "typical construction" of recent creation in the Ecuadorian penal system, apparently that was implemented in our system as a means of guarantee to stop the harsh reality of most c ountries in the world , however there is a fine end that confuses femicide as a typical construction of feminist social advancement and hembrism; and it is precisely this problem that is intended to elucidate through this research, taking doctrinal criteri a that expose the two forms of thought, namely feminism and hembrism , after analyzing in accordance with our legal system these meanings, contribute by means of the constructive criticism a criterion and solid concept with respect to what in our opinion sh ould be considered as femicide. In previous form this will be outlined and analyzed for didactic purposes certain previous meanings for the construction of the femicide, such is the case of what is considered "gender" and its importance in the constructionof the illicit in study.
