La responsabilidad extracontractual del estado y la vulneración de derechos a los ciudadanos.

Abstract

The purpose of the present investigation is to serve as a guide or instrument for citizens to enforce their rights and in case they are violated, to sue the state for its responsibility to provide and provide public services to society in an efficient and effective, with the aim of meeting public needs. For this investigative work we will talk about the responsibility that the state has to citizens, as well as we will talk about basic services and their forms of benefits, with the aim that this is aimed at a good service provided to society. And in the event that this is not enforced, it also mentions the non-contractual liability of the state to compensate or compensate damages caused by public institutions or their servants in the exercise of their function, therefore citizens must receive a good public service, because otherwise it can take action against the state, and this in turn could get to perform the action of repetition against the public servant, provided that it was proven to act with will or guilt, and must be proven by judicial judgment. We will mention the action of repetition that the state has against the public servant who acted negligently or fraud, and in conclusion we will give recommendations for the responsibility of the state to be carried out and in this way trying to reduce the violations of rights that are committed by the deficiency of the service, since this service is destined to the satisfaction of the public necessities.
