| dc.description | Los acervos es la herramienta que establece el legislador para que los legitimarios lleguen a poder calcular cual es el valor a recibir por concepto de herencia, ya que este es el fin de la figura del acervo. El objetivo general de este trabajo es el de un poco ordenar y explicar al lector las características de los acervos. El objeto de este trabajo es el de analizar la formación de los acervos. A medida que se continúe con el estudio de esta institución, se determinara la armonía que contengan las normas relacionadas al tema, sus implicaciones y sus resultados. Es imperante la necesidad del estudio de esta institución debido a que dependiendo a la preparación y planificación de determinadas personas se podrá esquivar el uso de dicha institución, sin embargo, no todas las personas cuentan con la misma planificación por lo que se vuelve necesario el estudio de esta figura. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | The acquis is the tool that the legislative power establishes so the heir can calculate which is the value that they will receive by inheritance since this is the aim of the figure of the acquis. The overall objective of this work is to order and explain to the reader the characteristics of the acquis. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the formation of the acquis. As you continue to study this institution, it will be determined the harmony within the laws related to the subject, its implications and its results. It is imperative the need to study this institution because depending on the preparation and planning of certain people, they can avoid the use of such institution, however, not all people have the same planification so it becomes necessary the study of this subject. | en_US |
