Abstract

The acquis is the tool that the legislative power establishes so the heir can calculate which is the value that they will receive by inheritance since this is the aim of the figure of the acquis. The overall objective of this work is to order and explain to the reader the characteristics of the acquis. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the formation of the acquis. As you continue to study this institution, it will be determined the harmony within the laws related to the subject, its implications and its results. It is imperative the need to study this institution because depending on the preparation and planning of certain people, they can avoid the use of such institution, however, not all people have the same planification so it becomes necessary the study of this subject.
