Abstract

In this paper, the different aspects which the charger should be aware at the time of making an import by sea, from its most remote antecedents are analyzed. It is also important to bring in consideration of the present document, one of the most important agreements signed by Ecuador at the international level which is the multipart agreement with the European Union and the impact that this would produce with their tariff preferences to our country economic development. What is intended is the study of all the important aspects of the import by sea charger must identify so applicable and add to the development of a country. There are fewer restrictions on the higher foreign trade competitive advantage we have against the countries of the region. Intends therefore raised analysis, to serve as a starting point to all those interested in it comes to foreign trade.
