Abstract

The following Project shows the feasibility study for the creation of a Service Station via La Aurora-Samborondón. There is executed a theoretical investigation which brings all information needed for the creation of the service station here in Ecuador, specifically Guayaquil. Then a Market Study let us analyze our target market. In this study it is analyze the size of the market, growth, life cycle, competition, and substitutes of the service. This project shows the necessity of a service station in a market with a high growth, the station would satisfy all the people that are used to pass in this way. The marketing plan would help and know all marketable ideas to the project. The technical study shows the management, the organization, the role of the personnel and all the material that need the service station. Then the economic study shows the total amount for the investment, the costs and expenses. The financial study give the financial tests, which indicates a NPV of $498,400.08 and TIR of 19.80% those numbers indicate the profitability of the project and also the feasibility.
