Plan estratégico del fondo complementario de los empleados y trabajadores de la Universidad Técnica Estatal de Quevedo.

Abstract

The Supplementary Fund Provisional Closed Employees and Workers of the State Technical University of Quevedo is one of the Funds perceived money Ecuador should start with the corresponding procedure for legalization in the Superintendence of Banks, but lack of good governance and for fear that such monies once reflected in the coffers of the Superintendence the corresponding procedure was not performed. Main objective of this thesis is to design a strategic plan to establish financial, administrative and corporate strategies in order to improve the functioning of the Fund. To achieve the objectives of this work, the following strategies were followed: To determine the macro and micro environment, in order to identify factors that influence the entity, Define the strategic framework for the development of the plan, establish administrative and financial strategies of the Supplementary Fund. The research methodology based on the analytic-synthetic allowed abide by the requirements of the Superintendence of Banks and Insurance, allowed diagnose the internal and external situation of the Pension Fund and based on this analysis provide the required solutions. In the descriptive method allowed analyzing the opportunities, threats, strengths and weaknesses; and all efforts undertaken by management and administrative conversion process without banking supervision Fund to a Fund with control of the Superintendence of Banks and finally the capitalization processes.
