Propuesta de la inclusión del patrimonio intangible de la cultura afroecuatoriana como atractivo turístico del cantón Guayaquil.

Abstract

The purpose of this research project is to propose an inclusion of the intangible heritage of Afro-Ecuadorians as a tourist attraction of the Guayaquil canton, through the collaboration of the spaces of cultural entities, educational institutions and private foundations already established for the realization of the different cultural activities Afro-Ecuadorian with the purpose of highlighting the heritage of these communities, so that they can have a social inclusion and that the citizens of Guayaquil know more about this culture. In order to make this proposal, research methods such as the qualitative and quantitative approach were used, which helped to obtain real information based on comments and preferences of the respondents and interviewees, where it was found that 84% of the sample agreed to attend to events where culture is manifested, in addition 66% concluded that it would be very important that this culture be implemented as a tourist attraction of the city. Therefore, the proposal was made to implement these cultural events, creating a chronogram of events based on important dates for the city and for this community.
