Plan de desarrollo turístico en el cantón Pindal, provincia de Loja.

Abstract

Since its beginning, Pindal canton has been dedicated entirely to agriculture, specifically corn sowing. This canton located in Loja Province in the south of the country has been known lately for its natural attractions and the touristic development of the nearby areas has become more frequent. During the realization of this project several factors, such as the governance which includes all the institutions that support in the canton from a touristic point of view, were analyzed. The touristic demand has been analyzed through interviews to people involved with tourism. It was vital to get relevant results for this project with the surveys carried out to 384 people in the capital of Loja Province with the purpose to get the preferences and suggestions given by each one, the analysis of the tourist attractions in this canton was necessary. The gathering of information was carried out through cards to explain in detail the development of the project. It was vital to know the tourist offer and the different services that this canton offers in the hotel, gastronomic, and touristic areas. The infrastructure of this place was necessary to understand clearly the perspective of the different services available that there ae in this place, this document presents the details of the proposed projects for the improvement in the service for the inhabitants; for this purpose, it is necessary the correct implementation of touristic facilities in this place.
