Marcas, silencios y duelos no resueltos.

Abstract

The following work was carried out through the analysis of cases and is titled: Marks, silences and unresolved griefs. The case is about a patient called Christopher whose symptoms respond to an obsessive neurotic structure that after the death of his mother became manifest causing a progressive isolation and inability to communicate with his love ones as before. His actions hide a desire for recognition that goes on the side of satisfying the Other in his demand, this could be evidenced in his actions, from the choice of his career, to having offered to take care of his mother for the deep depression that had after the death of her husband. The analysis reveals that not talking about death and looking after his mother, gave him a position of joy that was previously repairing because he was not aware that he avoided seeing his lack by holding his mother’s in silence, but after her death, this silence doesn’t work as a symptomatic solution and produces an isolation and progressive discomfort, therefore he finds himself with the lack of significance of the death of his parents. These bereavements that were not processed in Christopher caused the subject to avoid talking, isolating himself and losing communication until his aggressive acts mobilize him.
