¡Ya no (me) comprendo!.

Abstract

The work titled “I don't understand (myself) anymore!” presents the analysis of case with diagnosis of obsessive feminine neurosis; across the theoretical psychoanalytic foundation it was possible to establish the motivation pulsional own of the anal character that represents her. The paradox love - hatred was key on having identified the psychic structure, who is located opposite to Other one by impossibility of desire, remaining succumbed to the jouissance of this one, in a special way of the mother; relation that in addition will guide other relations. Other one effects in the subject a significant load without recognition of her particularity, so there where love was demanded the punishment was appearing as response. The question for the position that occupies the subject in the desire of Other one, "what does love me?” It goes to answering it by means of her phantasmatic position and the way of doing with the jouissance. The anorexia, of Greek origin oregein that it means to wish, arises as a rejection to the desire and way of annotating the Other one jouissance. The "comprehension" for its part, it turns out to be the way to maintain the desire in the impossible, justifying the jouissance of Other one at the cost of not losing it. When it happens, there is own distress of the lack in being that t he patient was avoiding with the phallic face that had been constructed. To condescend to the desire and the acceptance of the lack as result of the castration implies a turn, a subjective movement that provides the analysis and that in the case allowed not to grant only the phallus, but to receive it.
