| Résumé: | The purpose of this paper is to approach the analysis of a clinical case supported by the psychoanalytic conceptual framework. The case is characterized by a hysterical neurotic structure, where its symptoms are wobbled against this reality that revolves around the news of illness, not being able to continue saving and death that could come from the Other. Mirian did not live in the present but in a catastrophic future. Mirian through the listening space can put into words these signifiers that have been mentioned, the ones that have originated since childhood because they have taken over the events of the Others, such as actions, failures, difficulties, fears, sadness, hatred and love were his responsibility, this basic principle that has been manifesting since his previous generation, through the signifier "take charge of his family." Leaving aside and postponing many times his desire. |
| Description: | El presente trabajo tiene como finalidad abordar el análisis de un caso clínico con respaldo del marco conceptual psicoanalítico. El caso se caracteriza por presentar estructura neurótica histérica, donde su sintomatología se tambalea frente a este real que gira entorno las noticias de enfermedad, el no poder seguir ahorrando y muerte que pudieran llegarle por parte del Otro. Mirian no vivía en el presente sino en un futuro catastrófico. Mirian mediante el espacio de escucha puede poner en palabras estos significantes que se han mencionado, los mismos que tienen origen desde su infancia porque se ha hecho cargo de los acontecimientos de los Otros como por ejemplo las acciones, los fracasos, las dificultades, los temores, las tristezas, los odios y los amores eran su responsabilidad, este principio básico que se ha venido manifestando desde su generación anterior, mediante el significante “hacerse cargo de su familia”. Dejando de lado y postergando muchas veces su deseo. |
