Abstract

The following work is aimed at the analysis of a clinical case with theoretical proposals from the psychoanalytic approach. In the elaboration of the psychological history, a patient can be seen who comes to consultation for reasons of solution, this is how he creates an answer that "cures" him, and in the first instance his speech is one of complaint and discomfort. In the course of time Juan is willing to collaborate with the sessions because he referred to the moral uplift. During this process the patient describes episodes of childhood, family dynamics, their love relationships, sexuality, interest and dreams. Between several episodes Juan reveals the absence of the parents by economic factors, also mentions the family as disunited. Another of the points mentioned by the patient is the situation with the wife who gets irritated and does not know what to do due to an abortion that she had since that moment her attitude has changed and she wants to help her because she is very worried. He describes himself as a renegade of an explosive character when things go wrong and finally he wants to be helped by following a psychological treatment.
