dc.descriptionLa seguridad jurídica es un derecho fundamental de todas las personas que forman parte de una nación. Es un concepto inherente a los ciudadanos, que debe ser protegido y respetado. Esta noción también se puede extrapolar al ámbito de la propiedad privada. La presenta propuesta investigativa busca, desde un marco historiográfico, bibliográfico y legal, presentar al Libro de Registro como un texto de vital importancia para los registros de la propiedad mercantil dentro este ámbito de lo jurídico.en_US
dc.description.abstractLegal security is a fundamental right of all people who are part of a nation. It is a concept inherent to citizens, which must be protected and respected. This notion can also be extrapolated to the field of private property.
