Implementación de un sistema web para la gestión del seguimiento a graduados e inserción laboral para la UCSG.

Abstract

Actually, there is a weakness in the contact link between the graduates and the Santiago de Guayaquil Catholic University (UCSG), so it is not possible to monitor their employment status and professional data. This causes that the graduates are not informed about the different educational and labor offers that the University presents. The objective of this work was to find a way to establish a continuous link with the graduate students of the UCSG. The type of bibliographic research, the quantitative and qualitative methodologies, and the instruments that were applied were the interview and survey. The result determined that the University, needs to have a means to maintain a permanent contact that is of interest to the graduate of the UCSG, for which a web portal of academic offers and services was developed and implemented to allow monitoring of the graduates of UCSG.
