| dc.description | El presente trabajo de examen complexivo versa sobre la necesidad de que se permita que el Divorcio consensual se tramite y se sustancie ante los Notarios, pese a que los cónyuges a divorciarse tengan hijos o hijas menores de edad, o dependientes. Considerando que el divorcio consensual es un acto de voluntad de los cónyuges interesados en disolver su vínculo matrimonial y por tanto, se debe permitir que lleguen o arriben a un acuerdo sobre el régimen de visitas, con qué progenitor quedará el o los menores o dependientes y la pensión alimenticia que se acordará y quedará mediante acta notarial comprometido a pagarla. Al final, se presenta la propuesta de reforma legal, que es fruto inclusive del trabajo de investigación empírica o de campo que se ejecutó y que se pudo conocer que la población investigada coincide con la importancia de esta propuesta que se plasma como resultado de esta investigación. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | The present work of complex examination is about the need to allow the consensual divorce is processed and substantiated before the notaries, although the spouses to divorce have children under age, or dependents. Considering that consensual divorce is an act of will of the spouses interested in dissolving their marriage bond and therefore, they should be allowed to reach or reach an agreement on the visitation regime, with which parent the minor or dependents will remain and the alimony that will be agreed and will remain by means of a notarial certificate committed to pay it. In the end, the proposal for legal reform is presented, which is the fruit of empirical or field research work that was carried out and which could be known that the population investigated coincides with the importance of this proposal that is reflected as a result of this research. | en_US |
