| Résumé: | The present investigation proposes the design of a business plan for, improve the business strategies of the campo santo peace park of the canton of Santa Rosa. For the theoretical was taken as reference the theoretical foundations of classical and contemporary authors, in addition to scientific articles and institutional magazines where to reference everything concerning the Business Economics in regard to the management and organization of an entity. The research has a mixed methodological approach, with the objective to verify both qualitative and quantitative way of an in-depth analysis of all the variables analized with each other, in order to be studied in a special way, and with specific techniques, such as the survey which allowed to collect actual data of both the population and the company regarding the strengths and weaknesses that has the same. Campo Santo peace park is currently facing financial difficulties due it has dropped significantly its sales by 12% compared with the financial periods of the previous years, it is for this reason that the CEOS of the company to run the business plan proposed above will regain the optimum level of their sales given that it has a very attractive 52,69% IRR which will generate that the profitability of the organization improve significantly in a 20%. |
| Description: | La presente investigación propone el diseño de un plan de negocios para, mejorar las estrategias empresariales del campo santo parque de la paz del cantón Santa Rosa. Para el sustento teórico se tomó como referencia las bases teóricas de autores clásicos y contemporáneos, además de artículos científicos y revistas institucionales donde hacía referencia todo lo concerniente a la Economía Empresarial en cuanto al manejo y organización de una entidad. La investigación tiene un enfoque metodológico mixto, con el objetivo de verificar tanto de manera cualitativa y cuantitativa un análisis profundo de todas las variables analizadas entre sí, para así ser estudiadas de manera especial y con técnicas específicas, como la encuesta la cual permitió recolectar datos reales tanto de la población como de la empresa referente a las fortalezas y debilidades que tiene la misma. Campo Santo parque de la paz afronta actualmente dificultades financieras debido que ha bajado notablemente sus ventas en un 12% comparados con los ejercicios económicos de los años anteriores, es por ese motivo que los directivos generales de la empresa al ejecutar el plan de negocios propuesto anteriormente recuperarán el nivel óptimo de sus ventas dado que el mismo tiene un TIR atractivo del 52,69% el cual generará que la rentabilidad de la organización mejore significativamente en un 20%. |
