Funciones del psicólogo (a) clínico (a) en el ámbito judicial frente a los casos de violencia sexual infantil en la ciudad de Guayaquil.

Abstract

This research identifies the modes of intervention of clinical psychologists in the judicial field, in order to carry out a study of the functions assumed by the psychologist and the functions that are assigned by the judicial system, the correspondence between the functions and their enabling to solve cases of child sexual violence in the city of Guayaquil. This research method was qualitative, applying in-depth semi-structured interviews. Through intentional sampling, the population to be studied was four of the five psychological aspects that address cases of violence in the Prosecutor's Office of La Merced. The proposed methodology includes the development of matrices in which an analysis is made of the most significant phrases or words of psychologists' discourse regarding their work. The results of this investigation showed that most of the psychologists of the judicial system were redirected in the gender approach due to the population that it addresses. I use, for the most part, the Nichd Protocol within the House of Gesell to verify the adequate location in the time and space of the child evaluated. In addition, this is an intervention in the development of the expert report.
