Abstract

In the present work a clinical study will be carried out from a psychoanalytic theoretical framework. In which, we will approach different fundamental concepts of psychoanalysis such as: ghost, enjoyment, symptom, signifiers, etc. Which, later, will give us lights to enable a categorization of the subjective structure of a 28-year-old man named Esteban. Which from its symptom and its particular form of enjoyment, will lead to session the different psychic conflicts that generate discomfort, and in turn bring suffering. This discomfort that will be manifested by the patient as a complaint. A complaint about his symptom and a not knowing how to deal with it, thus generating different episodes in his daily life where his ghost, having been unable to do anything, resorts to jouissance as the main tool. It was decided to name him a "male homosexual" taking into account his choice of object of love, and his unique position with respect to not being named "mannered".
