| Résumé: | En el presente trabajo escrito se fundamenta en el análisis del proceso de prestación de servicio de transporte terrestre de la empresa BRODI S.A., perteneciente al Grupo empresarial Valero & Valero, ubicada en la ciudad de Guayaquil. Por años, la actividad principal del Grupo Valero & Valero ha sido la prestación de servicios logísticos aduaneros, sin embargo, debido al creciente movimiento de esta actividad, el Gerente General tuvo la visión de prestar un servicio integral, constituyendo una compañía que brinde el servicio de transporte terrestre de carga a sus clientes importadores. Mediante el levantamiento de información y observancia en campo, se ha determinado quienes son los actores que intervienen en el proceso y cuáles son las áreas que interactúan. Se ha elaborado el diagrama de flujo para el “Proceso de Prestación de Servicios de Transporte Terrestre”, el cual ha sido disgregado en subprocesos para su mejor comprensión y ejecución, delimitando tareas para cada colaborador, estableciendo tiempos de respuesta en cada uno de ellos. Con esto se pretende solucionar la carencia de comunicación entre las divisiones, y con el cliente; eliminar costos adicionales en las operaciones de la empresa aduanera y de transporte terrestre; optimizar la logística del transporte y, promover una cultura preventiva. |
| Description: | The present project is based on the analysis of the providing transportation service process, of the company BRODI S.A., the one that belongs to the Valero & Valero business group, located in Guayaquil city. For years, the main activity of the Valero & Valero business group has been the provision of customs logistics services. However, due to the hug growing of this activity, the Chief Executive Officer had the vision of providing an integral service, developing a company that provides a cargo transport service to its importing customers. Through the gathering of information and observance, it has been determined who are the principal actors in the process and which areas are involved. The flowchart for the "Providing of Cargo Land Transportation Services Process" has been prepared, which has been divided into sub processes for better understanding and execution, defining tasks for each collaborator and establishing deadlines. This proposal, pretends to solve the lack of communication between departments, and with the final client; eliminate additional operative costs in the activities of the transport and customs departments; optimize transport logistics and promote a preventive culture. |
