Elaboración de dos arreglos para guitarra solista en temas ecuatorianos aplicando las técnicas de arreglos de Jonathan Kreisberg.

Abstract

This degree work propose the creation of musical arrangements for lead guitar in two Ecuadorian songs using composition techniques of Jonathan Kreisberg from the album “One” This is an investigation of qualitative approach and his goals are descriptive. The analysis of the songs and the selected arrangements were created based in different tools of investigation such as the analysis of documents, transcriptions, analysis of scores a discography audition. Thanks to that you can know the structure of the Ecuadorian songs, such as the techniques that Jonathan Kreisberg used on his arrangements for lead guitar. The analyzed arrangements from the album One of Jonathan Kreisberg were “My favorite things” and “Canto de Ossanha” this was done with the purpose of take out the different techniques that he uses, and finally use them in the Ecuadorian songs “Despedida” and “Vasija de Barro” also the arrangements must recreate the sound and the judgment from the work that Jonathan Kreisberg used in the analyzed arrangements.
