Abstract

The present work of qualification consists in the development of a company that produces and commercializes the maintenance and repair service of electric car batteries in the city of Guayaquil. To meet this objective, an investigation was carried out in several aspects. An analysis of the legal framework in which the company is framed was developed. In addition, a market study was conducted that allowed obtaining information on the factors that influence the purchase decision. Also, an analysis of the environment was carried out in order to evaluate aspects and market factors that influence the activities of the company. In the same way, a financial analysis was carried out, which allowed determining the viability of the company and its financing, obtaining favorable results which indicate that the company is viable and sustainable over time.
