Abstract

The following work aims for the analysis of the downfall of the name of the father, cult of violence and social problematics as subjective determinants of the people who are private from their freedom. The investigation method of this work was qualitative; it was realized through interviews with different professionals and people with experience in this topic who could enlight the data collected in the theoretical mark. Besides, the observation of a juvenile detention center was a way of experience in first person the life of a person private of their liberty. The data collected in this investigation through the bibliographic review, all along with the theorical construction and the interview’s analysis, allow to bespeak the influence of the speech’s discourse as a determinant of the subjetivity of the people private of freedom. This encompasses other aspects as the mass media, new paternal figures, the peculiarities of the postmodernism, etc.
