“No sé quién soy. No soy nada”

Abstract

In this paper an analysis of a clinical case was carried out, entitled "I do not know who I am. I am nothing", in which it explains the conflicts that Clara goes through, and the location of different elements that form the subjectivity of the patient, such as the formation of symptoms, the mode of enjoy, her ghost; all this to achieve a differential diagnosis by locating what structure it is in, from the psychoanalytic approach. In this case it is a hysterical neurosis and it is intended to explain, from the psychoanalytic theoretical basis, why the diagnosis is based on the patient's history. Clara is a patient who mentions that her problem is in emotional order, that's where her conflict lies. From the analysis, with what Clara wears, she talks about her relationship with the father, who has not been optimal, she has tried to please him, and this action has taken her into the realm of her relationships, repeat it; then she settles in, and pleases the desire of the Other, getting lost in this one without knowing who she really is and her desire.
