La función del deseo en la restitución del sujeto : posibles intervenciones clínicas con orientación psicoanalítica.

Abstract

The present research’s theme is: The desire´s role in the subject´s restitution: possible clinical interventions based on psychoanalytic orientation. Its purpose is to propose intervention models in patients who present some eventuality of their desire. That is to say that even though they are still healthy organically, they are dead or flattened at the level of their desire. Understanding that for psychoanalytic theory, the desire´s death is equivalent to the subject´s death at the subjective level. For this reason, through an inter and intra-textual reading of texts by Freud and Lacan, we arrived to propose a different way of addressing these cases in the clinic using the subjective urgency´s theory as our theoretical base. Therefore, to support this theory, an exhaustive analysis of two clinical cases carried out in practice will be used. Being the first one, corresponding to a fourteen-year-old teenager who presents the eventuality of the flattened desire; and the second, corresponding to a 7-year-old girl who presents a death of desire (symbolic death). In both cases, the intervention of the Other, in this case of the analyst, is crucial so that both rectification and subjective restitution are possible.
