| Abstract: | This research aims to analyze the competitiveness of the fine chocolate industry in Ecuador. Describe the descriptive factors of competitiveness, which are sustainability, innovation, resources and quality. The methods applied are panel data and exploratory factor analysis, which correctly analyze the relationship of the variables. The theoretical framework is developed where the main theory is "Theory of competitiveness factors". As a main conclusion, it is determined that among the factors that influence competitiveness, innovation is the key to the success of the fine chocolate industry. |
| Description: | El presente trabajo de investigación tiene como objetivo analizar la competitividad en la industria de chocolatería fina en el Ecuador. Describir los factores descriptivos de la competitividad, los cuales son sostenibilidad, innovación, recursos y calidad. Los métodos aplicados son datos de panel y análisis factorial exploratorio, los cuales analizan de manera correcta la relación de las variables. Se desarrolla el marco teórico en donde la teoría principal es “Teoría de los factores de competitividad”. Como principal conclusión, se determina que dentro de los factores que influyen la competitividad, la innovación es la clave para que la industria de chocolatería fina tenga éxito. |
