Abstract

The present work is focused on “Designing Service quality strategies to improve productivity at the fuel station ofthe company Estserhmiguel S.A. of Guayaquil” with the objective of determining possible actions to be taken to the business and take it to better levels of profitability. Several chapters are developed that allow to know the structure of the organizaron, also to know the information corresponding to the environment where it is developed. After that, the information allows to identify some strategies for the business to be strengthened and add valué to the activities they carry out daily. In the final development, the investigaron has an economic viability studio that allows corroborating that the approaches that are made have a positive impact on the finances of the organizaron. Therefore, the recommendation to implement it.
