Abstract

In this research work, a study will be presented to know the Economic and Financial Feasibility that the creation of a company that provides accounting and tax consulting services to small and medium-sized companies in the francisco canton of Orellana would have. For the effective progress of this study, it will be necessary to collect and analyze information from various bibliographic sources and from different authors to later describe the main theoretical foundations that support the issue raised. In the same way, it will be necessary to use different scientific research methods, among which deductive, inductive, analytical and synthetic stand out, which will allow the proper progress of this study. On the other hand, it is also necessary to indicate that in order to expand this work, the interview technique will be used, which will allow obtaining clear, precise and concise results on the subject. Finally, the financial analysis will be carried out in order to know the economic feasibility of the company that you want to establish.
