Abstract

In the following work, the elaboration of clinical analysis will be presented, where various formulations and subjective structure will be established from the reading of Berta's case. Using the psychoanalytic theoretical framework as a tool for a better understanding of the case. The case has been titled "Bertha's innocence: between beauty and the impossible", a case that narrates the symptoms and different subjective manifestations of a 40-year-old patient who enters analysis for a clear complaint: Difficulty in handling her children , which then in the analytical work, in sessions, will make and show different responses that have been elaborated by the patient, according to their history: displaced by a sister, an identification with her mother, socially aggressive, unskilled, amorphous. Thus, from this reading, the clinical structure of the patient will be exposed, this being a neurosis with an hysterical modality.
