Análisis de actitudes hacia el teletrabajo de profesionales en la ciudad de Guayaquil.

Abstract

This present work is intended to analyze the attitude of the professionals at the teleworking, through the comprehension of theories and interpretation of discoveries found using data collection, in order to contribute to the knowledge of the professionals in the city of Guayaquil. Due to that, it was decided to make a descriptive and relational research with a quantitative focus and take the external professional auditors as a sample, especially those who are working in 10-year-experienced auditing firms implementing teleworking in the north of the city of Guayaquil in the year 2020. As a conclusion, it was stated and evident that the attitude of the professionals has a positive impact on the teleworking, because is one of the most important and influential factors that affect the commitment and inclination of the professionals at doing their tasks at teleworking.
