Análisis de las preferencias de uso de tecnología durante el alojamiento por parte de los huéspedes de hoteles de primera categoría en la ciudad de Guayaquil, provincia del Guayas.

Abstract

The main objective of this project is to carry out an analysis of the preferences of technological use during accommodation by the guests of the first-class hotels in the city of Guayaquil, where the tastes and preferences that guests have about the technology, if they are willing to use it, what other type of technology would they wish there was and would they pay a higher value for this additional service. In addition, a diagnosis was made of the first and four-star hotels that are within the 2020 accommodation registry in which the technologies available in the country were analyzed based on the parameters established by Agha in 2016 (Structure, Services , Systems and Management), to know what type of technology they offer to their guests when they stay As a result, it was obtained that people are willing to pay a higher value for staying at the hotel that contains technologies that help facilitate the reservation processes and other procedures within the hotel. Finally, a total of eight strategies and 12 actions were established in order to help hotels with technological elements that also help with the biosecurity measures that companies must comply with today, and in this way it becomes a safe establishment for people at the time of staying and in this way to be able to retain customer loyalty and have higher income in hotels.
